Moreover, in our contracts we have the best conditions of payment, subject to payment guarantees, up to zero down payment and payment for installments within a period up to 24 months, while benefiting from the guarantee for execution and installation 2 years, up to 4 years in certain conditions and maintenance free for the first 24 months after installation. We deal without cost to the beneficiary, the Authorization ISCIR for your elevators.
Choose the right model of elevator
• Electric elevators with machine room
We offer our clients custom configurable electric elevators for the transport of 4 to 24 passengers, with a maximum load of 320 to 1600 Kg and operating speed of 1m / s to 1.6 m / s. The cabin can vary from 900 x 1000 mm to 2100x1750 mm. Our recommendations will take into account your construction project, or our on site findings.
• Hydraulic elevators with machine room
Our customers have many possibilities to make an option for an elevator made in standard configuration with a maximum load of 5000 kg, or up to 8000 Kg, on request. Speed of this type of elevator is based on the size of the lift and it’s maximum load capacity, of up to 0.8 m / s. There is the possibility of replacing the machine room with a cabinet with varying sizes, depending on unit size.
• Elevators without winch and no machine-room
They are operated by a permanent synchronous traction motor. These lifts are the most developed in terms of technology. The elevators we provide the Installation have been designed to provide direct traction system 1: 1, or traction system 2: 1.
Traction system 1: 1 offers the advantage that may allow up to 3 accesses the cabin or three side panoramic lifts.
The control system is serial, some being placed in the elevator cabin, but the main part in the control panel located in the sidewall near the doors on the top floor.
This advanced technology helps to save space, simplify maintenance and service, corresponds EN 81-70 (DDA)
• Elevators with Winch and no machine-room
This model of elevator offers the best balance between price and performance. The winch is located above the shaft. Traction system 1: 1 elevators can get up to a speed of 1m / s and a load of 630 kg, providing a good quality at the best price.
Traction system 2: 1 elevators can reach a speed of up to 1.6 m / s and a load of up to 1600 Kg, giving you the opportunity to have a superior elevator at an affordable price.
The control system is able to offer a built-in remote monitoring by connecting to the Internet, based on a performance monitoring software.
• Electric high speed elevators for high lift
We recommend these elevators, made to order according to your requirements and for which we provide assistance from the design and engineering project, construction, transport and up to turnkey installation, followed by performing maintenance and survey services "in situ", in the case of commercial or residential buildings with height up to 150 m. As standard this type of elevator offer possibilities to carry a total of 10 to 24 passengers with a speed of up to 4 m / s.
A wide range of options to optimize the cost and performance of this system of transport are available:
1. Intelligent control system that carries passengers to the destination faster, optimizing the workload. When a lift is called, collective control knows how many people have called and what is the direction of travel of each, reducing waiting time and travel, avoiding overcrowding.
2. Precise operation obtained by multiple systems that oversees cab constant performance, measuring every aspect according to the requirements set by software and corrects the slightest deviation in milliseconds.
3. Intelligent doors - based on a special access system in three dimensions. This system creates an invisible watching network of the access in the cabin and extends it’s action to the doors on each floor. The controller microprocessor continuously scans curtain interrupted beams and reopens the door without intervention of passengers. Besides the increased safety of the occupants, the system also ensure reduced time to open the doors.
