Within monthly maintenance our staff perform minimal following operations:
• Check lighting and plugs in the machine room, the lighting system of the elevator shaft, switches;
• Check hoist game crown sneck wear bearings and axles, followed by lubrication and greasing
• Check brake shoes and cleats, followed by adjusting their operations
• verification speed limiter, tire wear, check "game"
• Gear electric verification, calibration fuses, connections, followed by cleaning and adjusting operations of the contacts, relays and switches operation, checking and consolidating the electrical connections;
• Doors: control electrical circuits of the lockers, firm locking, latching contact verification, check the integrity of windows, adjustment dampers, checking the operation of the command buttons;
• Verifying cabin functionality - safety contact, lighting, command buttons, mobile cog, equipment checking and cleaning;
• checks on the shaft - checking, fixing brackets and runners, counterweight check, clean and lubricate runners;
• Verification of cable traction and speed limiter (clamping pieces, wear);
• verifying the existence of the labels with instructions in the cabin and on the landing floors;
• verifying the existence and noting the monthly interventions and supervision of works executed in the register.
